Are you a business owner – ladies or gents? (or staff for that matter). Worn out by the end of the day, only to repeat it all again tomorrow? Are you able to unwind when you get home? Do you ever consider taking some time out to focus on YOU for a change?
If you have done yoga in the past or have ever considered it, it’s well worth giving it another go – you’ll be so glad you did! It's so easy to get so engrossed in your work that you forget to make some time to concentrate on exercise?
I have done yoga for over 25 years now (on and off at different classes). It seems to me that you don't always appreciate how much good it's doing you until you stop doing it for a few weeks and re-start again.. Not only is it is great for stress relief but it helps keep those lazy muscles working and helps relieve back ache (in my case), and many other health problems you may have. It also helps you take your mind off any worries at work (or home).
So come on ladies and gents, take some time out for yoga, and concentrate on YOU for a change. You’ll return to the office refreshed and ready for your next challenge. Any comments on your experiences with yoga would be much appreciated.
